The Hashgraph Association, a non-profit organization promoting Hedera Hashgraph technologies, has entered into a strategic partnership with Taurus, a leading provider of digital asset infrastructure. The joint work is aimed at ensuring the safe storage, staking and tokenization of the HBAR cryptocurrency, as well as other assets.

The partnership is focused on the markets of Europe, Asia, the Middle East and Africa, where there are clear regulatory frameworks, such as MiCA in Europe. This will allow financial institutions and corporations to work confidently with the Hedera ecosystem.

Kamel Youssef, President of the Hashgraph Association, emphasized that the main task is to create trust in the Hedera ecosystem on a global level. Taurus co-founder Lamine Brahimi noted that this partnership opens up access to new regions with a growing interest in tokenizing real assets such as real estate and bonds.
