The letter with a password / account activation has not received

If you have not received an email with your password or account activation, it is recommended that you follow these steps:
Check your spam folder: Sometimes emails may end up in your spam folder. Check this folder in your inbox.
Check the correct address: Make sure you entered the correct email address when you registered. If the address is incorrect, repeat the registration process with the correct address.

What is a confirmation from the Bitcoin network?

Often, when Bitcoin is sent to a new owner, the recipient cannot instantly use the funds. Once a transaction is made, it is sent to the Bitcoin network for processing and must be included in the block to be considered valid. The process of including a transaction in the block is called transaction confirmation. A single confirmation occurs when a transaction is included in a single block. It often takes 6 confirmations for a transaction to be considered final. This prevents the same bitcoins from being reused and keeps the network secure.
On our service, a minimum of 1 confirmation from the Bitcoin network is required to process a Bitcoin transaction.
